Terms and Conditions

Terms of Service

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Webport Service Inc (“Company”) and you, the Customer (“Customer”), for the provision of digital marketing services (“Campaign”) to the Customer’s specified uniform resource locator (URL).

Overview

This Agreement is effective until replaced by a revised agreement mutually accepted by both the Company and the Customer. It outlines the terms under which the Campaign will be conducted, as agreed upon by the primary stakeholders. Any changes to current processes and procedures are not covered unless explicitly stated within this document.

All orders placed through Webport Service Inc’s website are subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing our digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you should not purchase the Company’s services. Acceptance of this Agreement is limited to these terms only.

Orders are added to the advertising queue as soon as they are placed. Processing may take between 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends. It might take longer for the Campaign to begin, but it will start no later than 120 business hours from the order placement. Campaigns commence “As Is” once the first visitor is delivered to the specified URL. The Company is not liable for any URL errors made by the Customer, and no refunds will be issued for traffic delivered to incorrect URLs.

Campaign start dates may vary based on traffic volume purchased. While the Company guarantees delivery of the purchased number of visitors within 60 days from the Campaign start date, no specific start date is guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for any consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the Campaign.

Should the Company fail to deliver the promised number of visitors within 60 days, the Customer may request a refund. Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, considering the amount of traffic delivered versus what was promised. The Company reserves the right to investigate all refund requests thoroughly before approval.

If the Customer’s website is unavailable for any reason (e.g., server downtime, network errors, or other technical issues), the Company is not responsible for traffic delivered during these periods. The Customer may request in writing to pause the Campaign during such downtimes, and it will resume once the issue is resolved. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for traffic sent during the downtime.

The Company employs a state-of-the-art tracking system for all Campaigns. Each order is assigned a unique ID to monitor traffic delivery by date and time. The Customer acknowledges that visitor behavior, such as closing a webpage before it fully loads, counts as a fulfilled visit. The Company cannot control visitor actions and will not be held liable for these occurrences.

The Customer understands that the statistics provided by the Company serve as the official record of traffic delivered. The Company is not responsible for discrepancies between its records and the Customer’s tracking systems. The Company does not guarantee sales or sign-ups and will not issue refunds if these outcomes are not achieved.

The Customer agrees not to modify the content of the URL used in the Campaign without prior written approval from the Company. Any unauthorized changes that undermine the Agreement’s intentions will result in immediate termination of services with no refund. Both parties agree to use the Company’s official reports as the authoritative record for all Campaigns.

Customer support is available via email, with responses guaranteed within 48 hours, excluding weekends. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions, recognizing their legal binding effect.

The Company reserves the right to use the Customer’s name in marketing materials, subject to mutual approval. Any attempt to bypass these guidelines will result in account cancellation with no refund. The Company will not deliver general traffic to inappropriate content sites unless explicitly ordered (e.g., casino or adult traffic). All content must comply with the Company’s standards for appropriateness.

Webport Service Inc will fulfill traffic delivery as promised, using our tracking system as the primary record.
