What this website collects
This is a static website run by Webport Service Inc, 1123 Ave Z, Brooklyn, NY 11235. It has one form on it, and that form is the only place where you hand us anything. The company named here is the one responsible for what happens to it.
What we collect
- Only what you type into the brief: your name, the email or phone number you leave for a reply, and your answers about the business, the goal, what you are planning to buy and spend, and the timing.
- The IP address the brief was sent from. It travels with the message and is used to stop automated flooding of the form — the handler keeps a count of submissions per address for one hour and then forgets it.
- Standard web-server logs kept by our hosting provider for requests to this site, in the ordinary course of running a server.
What we do not do
- No analytics. There is no measurement script of any kind on this site today.
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no embedded social widgets.
- No mailing list. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to anything.
- We do not sell, rent or trade what you send us.
- We do not use it for anything except answering you and preparing the work you asked about. If a use ever arises that this page does not name, we ask you first.
Where it goes
Your brief is delivered by email to support@webportservice.com at Webport Service Inc. It is read there by the people who would work on your account. That is the only mailbox it reaches. If delivery fails, the message is written to a file on the same server so that your request is not lost, and it is removed once it has been read.
Nobody outside Webport Service Inc receives it: no forwarding to a partner, no copy to another company, and no second address you were not told about.
How it is kept
The form posts over HTTPS. If mail delivery fails, the copy the handler writes is stored outside the public folder of the server, readable by its owner only, and is removed once it has been read — it sits at no web address, so there is no URL for it to be reached by. We do not claim more than that: this is one website and one mailbox, protected by ordinary and proportionate means, not a vault.
How long we keep it
Briefs stay in that inbox for as long as the conversation is useful. Write to us and we delete yours — including the copy in the inbox — and confirm when it is gone.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, at support@webportservice.com, or by post to the address at the foot of this page. You do not need to give a reason, and we answer within two business days. Nothing on this site requires you to submit anything at all.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If the site starts using analytics, or the form starts sending your data anywhere else, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
