Appendix B · terms of use · last updated August 2026

How to read this website

These terms cover your use of webportservice.com, published by Webport Service Inc, 1123 Ave Z, Brooklyn, NY 11235. They do not cover an order you might place with us — that runs on the service agreement, which is summarised further down so that nothing in it is a surprise when you come to place one.

The pages are informational

The catalogue, the stages of an order and the brief describe what we sell and how an order runs. They are not an offer, a quote or a contract, no price appears anywhere on this site, and nothing here can be accepted into an agreement by filling in a form.

Sending a brief

A brief starts a conversation and nothing more. It commits you to nothing, it commits us to nothing, and either side can stop replying. Please send only information you have the right to share — if it belongs to a client or an employer, ask them first.

How quickly we answer

Support runs by email, and a message is answered within two business days — that is 48 hours with weekends left out of the count. If you have written and heard nothing inside that window, assume it did not reach us and write again to support@webportservice.com. Post reaches the same company at the address at the foot of this page.

No promise of a result

What a visitor does after arriving depends on your offer, your page, your price and your market. We deliver visitors; we do not guarantee sales, sign-ups or conversions of any kind, and no order is sold on the promise of one. Traffic counters on your side will not match ours either, and neither is a measure of what converted. Any figure that ever appears on this site about past work will name the account and the period it came from.

What the service agreement carries

These are the terms an order runs on. They are not on this page to bind you — nothing here does — but because you should be able to read them before you place one.

  • The queue, and the windows around it. An order joins the advertising queue as soon as it is placed. Processing takes between 24 and 72 business hours, weekends excluded; the campaign may take longer than that to begin but starts no later than 120 business hours from the order. A campaign is live — “as is” — from the first visitor delivered.
  • Sixty days, and the address is yours to get right. The number of visitors ordered is delivered within 60 days of the campaign start; no particular start date is guaranteed, because the start moves with the volume in the queue. Traffic delivered to an address you mistyped is not credited or refunded.
  • The delivery record is the record. Every order is tracked under its own campaign identifier, by date and time, and that record is the one the agreement settles from. Your analytics and ours will differ — redirected traffic, blocked scripts and different counting windows all do that, and a visitor who closes a page before it finishes loading has still been sent to it. When they disagree we show you how ours was counted rather than argue about which tool is right.
  • Downtime pauses the order, and pausing is your call. If your site is unreachable, ask us in writing and the campaign stops until it is back. Traffic already delivered while the site was down is not credited or refunded, and we do not pretend otherwise.
  • Under-delivery is settled pro rata, or in traffic. Where an order is not filled, you choose between the rest of the traffic and a refund worked out against what was actually delivered. Every request is looked into before it is approved, and you see the same figures we do.
  • The page behind the address does not change mid-campaign. Not without asking us first: the site is read before the campaign begins, and a campaign running to a page that has since become something else is stopped.
  • Restricted categories are agreed in writing, never assumed. No tech-support offers, and nothing promoting hatred or illegal activity. General traffic is not delivered to content unfit for a general audience: casino and adult are targeted niches of their own and have to be ordered as such, explicitly, before anything runs — never read into a brief.
  • We do not name you as a client without your written approval. No logo wall, no case study, no “trusted by” line, unless you have said yes to that specific use.

What belongs to whom

The text, layout and design of this site belong to Webport Service Inc. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution and link to it. Copying the pages wholesale to run as your own site is not permitted.

Availability

The site is served as it is. It may be offline for maintenance, and the brief form depends on mail delivery that can fail — which is the reason the answering window above is worth reading as a check on us rather than a courtesy.

Links out

Where this site links to somewhere else, that place has its own rules and we do not control what it publishes.

Changes

These terms change when the site does. The date at the top says when they last did.
